Information You Share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, project or service choice, and preferred contact method. You can also provide a phone number, city or ZIP, reference home or project, and a short description. A phone number is required when you choose phone contact.
The form includes the originating page and any selected service or home so MRB can understand your inquiry. Suggested choices remain editable. Please avoid including sensitive financial, medical, or identity documents in project notes.
How Inquiry Information Is Used
Inquiry information is used to understand your project and respond to you. Submitted inquiries are stored with an identifier in Cloudflare D1. Resend delivers lead notifications to Michael Branham and Cal at Calbie Creative. Technical context goes to Cal for website support. Hosting, storage, and email providers process information needed for those services.
You can also contact MRB by phone, email, or text; those services follow their providers’ own practices.
When direct-contact logging is enabled on the live site, clicking phone, email, or text records the channel, time, originating page, and available campaign context in MRB’s first-party interaction ledger. It does not establish that a call connected or a message was sent. This operational record is separate from optional analytics and contains no contact-form text.
Saved Drafts And Attribution
Your contact details and explicitly edited project choices are saved in this browser tab’s session storage to help you continue while browsing. Unsent project notes stay on the current page. A successful form submission removes the saved inquiry draft.
When you allow optional analytics, this browser can retain first and latest campaign information for up to 30 days. It includes recognized landing paths, referring website origins, and limited campaign labels. Full referring URLs and advertising click IDs are excluded. This information may accompany a submitted inquiry. Declining optional analytics clears this attribution record.
You can clear these saved drafts and attribution below, or use your browser’s site-data controls. Visiting another page may start a new attribution record. This control does not delete an inquiry already sent to MRB.
Security And Website Providers
Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent abuse. It processes browser signals under Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum. The contact service uses IP-based rate limiting and a hidden anti-spam field. The inquiry database does not add an IP-address field to the lead record.
This site loads its Switzer font from Fontshare. Loading externally hosted fonts sends a request to the font provider. Hosting and delivery providers may also process routine request information.
Analytics And Preferences
Analytics are off in local and staging previews. On the approved live site, Google Analytics and PostHog can receive page and action categories only after you allow optional analytics. Microsoft Clarity can also record how you use the site after you allow optional analytics, with contact fields and inquiry notes masked in recordings. Contact fields and inquiry notes are masked and excluded from analytics events. Changing your choice to decline reloads the page to stop loaded tracking tools.

Retention And Privacy Questions
Website inquiries and contact-click records are scheduled for deletion from the website database after 365 days. MRB and website support manage notification emails separately from that database. Customer contracts and project records follow a separate policy. Saved browser data can be cleared using the control above.
